Welcome to the MBEC™ at Community Capital Development An agency funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency. The MBEC™ is the Minority Business Enterprise Center™, operated by Community Capital Development. It provides business development services for Washington State under a cooperative and economic agreement with the Federal Commerce Department and its Minority Business Development Agency. The program’s objective is to provide ongoing, quality assistance to minority businesses with rapid growth potential, so that they can achieve greater participation in the development of the nation’s commerce. MBEC Consultants offer professional expertise in all enterprise disciplines, including management, marketing, finance, accounting, and other business areas, and are available to counsel eligible minority businesses throughout the state of Washington.
